* Note:
1) The NHS ester group is sensitive to humidity, so the product must be dried and preserved. The product should be brought to room temperature for at least 20 minutes before use.
2) Use a buffer system without amino groups. For example, PBS, Hepes, sodium bicarbonate buffer or boric acid buffer, etc. Do not use any buffer containing primary or secondary amines, such as Tris, glycine, etc. High concentrations of imidazole can also affect the reaction.
3) Labeling reactions are not recommended under strong light.
