The Artificial Intestinal Juice, expressed as Artificial intestinal juice in English, is a solution of the simulated intestinal juice components and pH values. The reagent is formulated by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The artificial intestinal juice consists mainly of phosphate and trypsin with a pH of 6.8 and is processed by 0.22μm aseptic membrane. It can be used for the detection of capsules, enteric-coated tablets, dropping pills, etc., especially for the detection of enteric-coated capsules.
