Yeast Extract (yeast infusion powder) 5.0g
L-Cystine (L-cysteine hydrochloride) 0.5g
Sodium Chloride (sodium chloride) 2.5g
Dextrose (glucose) 5.0g
Agar 15.0g
pH7.2±0.2 (25℃)
Usage:
Weigh this product 43g in 1L distilled or deionized water, boil and dissolve for 1 minute, then pack separately, sterilize at 116℃ for 20-40 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent AGAR from falling to the bottom and solidifying, cool to about 55℃, pour into a plate, set aside.
