Product introduction
For the chromogenic culture of Listeria, Listeria monocytogenes is blue with an opaque ring around it.
Listeria chromogenic medium can rapidly detect Listeria monocytogenes in food and drugs. Negative results can be tested within 3 days. Listeria monocytogenes appears blue with an opaque ring around the colony. Peptone provides a nitrogen source and amino acids, sodium chloride maintains osmotic pressure, Agar is a coagulant, lithium chloride inhibits the growth of gram-negative bacteria, and bacteriostatic inhibits the growth of Gram-positive bacteria except Listeria.
