Preparation method

Weigh 23.37g of this product, stir and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divide into test tubes, 5ml per tube, autoclave at 115℃ for 20 minutes and set aside.

Peptone: 10.0

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: 0.9

Disodium hydrogen phosphate: 6.2

Manganese sulfate: 0.0005

Sodium sulfite: 0.04

Sodium deoxycholate: 1.0

Magnesium sulfate: 0.1

Sodium chloride: 5.0

Calcium chloride: 0.05

MU: 0.075

Zinc sulfate: 0.0005

PH7.3 plus or minus 0.1

Precautions

The medium contains a small amount of magnesium sulfate and calcium chloride, which may cause trace precipitation after sterilization.
