Product introduction
Used for rapid and accurate simultaneous detection of E. coli and coliform. Cultured for 24 hours, E. coli showed blue-green to purple, and coliform showed red.
Coliform chromogenic medium (second generation) for the rapid detection of E. coli and coliform in food, water, milk, ice cream and meat products. E. coli appears blue to purple, coliforms appear red, and Gram-positive bacteria are suppressed.
