Product introduction
For chromogenic culture of O157 bacteria, O157 bacteria bright red, light red or red.
Escherichia coli O157: H7 chromogenic medium was used for rapid detection of O157: H7 bacteria in food and stool samples from patients. O157: H7 bacteria show bright red, light red or red, there is no blue halo around the colony, E. coli and coliform bacteria show dark blue, blue or purple, there is a blue halo around the colony; Other bacteria appear blue, yellow, or colorless. This medium has high specificity and can overcome the false positive and false negative results caused by SMAC medium. It is an ideal medium for rapid detection.
