Product introduction
for detection and counting of Enterococci in water by one step filtration method.
preparation method
Weigh 72.0g of this product, dissolve in 1000ml distilled water by heating, divide into triangle bottles, 200ml per bottle, autoclast sterilization at 121℃ for 15 minutes, when cold to about 50℃, add 1ml 4.8% nalydixic acid solution (add a few drops of 0.1NNaOH solution to dissolve) and 1ml 0.4%TTC solution to each bottle, mix, pour into no Bacteria plate, set aside.
