For the isolation and identification of Candida, Candida albicans is green
Candida chromogenic medium was used to distinguish different Candida species according to the enzymatic substrate method. After 48 hours of incubation at 25-30℃, Candida albicans was green, Candida tropicalis was blue gray, Candida glabrata was light purple to purple, Candida kruskii was purple pink, and other Candida species were white. The bacteria were inhibited.
