Product introduction
For the isolation and culture of microorganisms using silicates.
Preparation method
Weigh 23.6g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 116℃ for 30 minutes, set aside.

Magnesium sulfate: 0.5
Calcium sulfate: 0.1
Disodium hydrogen phosphate; 2.0 < / p >
Ferric chloride: 0.005
Glass powder: 1.0
Agar: 15.0
pH 7.0±0.2, 25℃
Precautions
The glass powder and calcium sulfate in the medium were insoluble and precipitated after sterilization.
