Product introduction

BspQI is a Type IIS restriction enzyme that recognizes non-palindromic sequences and cuts them outside of the recognition sequence, and is commonly used in Golden Gate assembly. The optimized reaction Buffer maximizes the function of BspQI, while the reaction buffer contains recombinant albumin, which enhances the stability of multiple enzymes.

Features and usage

Suggested reaction condition

1× HN buffer;

Incubation at 50℃;

The reaction system was formulated according to DNA enzyme digestion process.

Inactivation condition

Incubate at 80℃for 20 min.

Methylation sensitivity

They are insensitive to Dam methylation, insensitive to Dcm methylation, and insensitive to CpG methylation.
