*SgeI can identify and cut DNA target sequences containing 5-mC sites, one strand or double strand methylation can be recognized.
Product introduction
SgeI can cut DNA targets containing 5-methylcytosine on single or double-stranded DNA. The SgeI restriction enzyme recognizes the m?CNNG(9/13)^ site and cuts best in its unique buffer at 37°C. To ensure consistent performance, the enzyme Storage Buffer contains pre-mixed BSA, which enhances the stability of the enzyme and combines with contaminants that may be present in the DNA preparation.

Suggested reaction condition
1× Sgel buffer;
Incubation at 37℃;
The reaction system was formulated according to DNA enzyme digestion process.
Inactivation condition
Incubate at 80℃for 20 min.
Methylation sensitivity
They are insensitive to Dam methylation, insensitive to Dcm methylation, and insensitive to CpG methylation.
