Product Introduction
Protective Agent for Primary Cell includes Protective Agent A and B components, which are used in the separation and culture process of primary cell. It can effectively prevent and treat the contamination of primary cells by a variety of drug-resistant bacteria, mycoplasma, chlamydia and other pathogenic microorganisms.
Primary cell culture refers to the immediate culture of cells, tissues and organs directly removed from the body. In the process of primary cell separation, it is easy to carry pathogenic microorganisms in the experimental body or be polluted by microorganisms in the environment, such as turbid culture medium, decreased pH, intracellular particles, cells become round and easy to fall off, small black spots appear in the cell space and cannot be washed away, or small black spots in the cell space are beating, etc.
How to use
1. It is recommended that the dilution ratio of Protective AgentA and B with the culture medium be 1:1000, and that Protective Agenta and B be added to the cell suspension cultured in separate bottles respectively. For example, 10mL medium was added with 10ul Protective Agent A and Protective Agent B, respectively.
2. Protecive AgentA and B are added proportionally when the primary cells are changed, which can be used for a long time to prevent and treat the pollution of a variety of pathogenic organisms in the primary cells.
Suspension cells:
When suspension cell culture does not reach the saturation density and the nutrient components in the medium cannot maintain the nutrient requirements of the cells, only half volume fluid change can be used. Protective AgentA and B should be added proportionally according to the amount of culture liquid added;
Adherent cells:
Digestive fluid treatment Tissue derived cells should be thoroughly rinsed to remove digestive fluid as much as possible. Cells are inoculated at slightly higher concentrations. Protective AgentA and B were added proportionally in the complete culture solution.
