Product Introduction
This product is a routine addition to cell cultures and is primarily used to prevent mold contamination in small or large-scale cell cultures. By destroying the ion exchange channels of the cell membrane, it damages the permeability of the cell membrane and kills different forms of mold. Cell mold scavengers also have a strong inhibitory effect on common cell culture fungal contamination, such as candida, yeast, etc. Mold contamination is difficult to remove and can be spread through the movement of spores through the air. The dormant spores of many molds can survive in extremely harsh and harsh environments, only reviving when they encounter the right growth conditions.
Cell mold scavenger has two characteristics of prevention and removal, high concentration of cell mold scavenger diluent can quickly kill cell mold pollution, low concentration of cell mold scavenger diluent can prevent cell mold pollution.
How to use
1. After receiving the goods, please centrifuge the reagent tube instantaneously (3000 rpm, 3~5s) and store it;
2. Add this product every time cell fluid change:
3. The recommended dilution ratio of cell mold scavenger is 1:500, for example: 1 mL of culture medium with 2ul of cell mold scavenger;
4. During liquid change, clean the cells with PBS, and then add fresh media containing cell mold remover for 3-5 consecutive treatment.
Note:
- Be sure to use it now to avoid repeated freezing and thawing;
- MouldsTM Rid to prevent cell mold contamination, recommended dilution ratio of 1:1000 use;
- If the cell pollution is very serious, it is recommended to use the ratio of 1:200, after the pollution is effectively controlled, reduce the drug concentration of 1:500 and continue to treat 3 to 5 times;
- Because this product is a polypeptide product, if some cells are sensitive to this product, it is recommended to use this product for 2 days, and then stop treatment for 1-2 days, and repeat this step for 3.5 cycles;
- This reagent is for research use only.
