Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin (LTL), Fluorescein
Storage:Store at 2-8℃
Lectins are a class of closely related glycoproteins with similar specificity to α-linked L-fucose oligosaccharides. Although many of the binding properties of lectins are similar to those of Ulex europaeus lectin I, these fucosaccharide specific lectins differ significantly in their binding affinity and some specificity to oligosaccharides. The fluorescein-labeled lectin has the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye, which can provide the best dyeing properties for the lectin. The conjugated compound basically does not contain uncoupled fluorescent dyes.
