Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is a characteristic component of the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria. LPS and its lipid A part stimulate innate immune system cells through toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), a member of the toll-like receptor protein family that recognizes common pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMP).
Labeling range :2-10 μg FITC per mg LPS
