Lycopersicon esculentum (Lycopersicon esculentum) is a potent marker of blood vessels and microglia in rodents. The binding of lectins to fluorophore facilitates rapid, one-step detection and visualization using intravascular perfusion methods or directly applied to tissue sections. Sf488-labeled lectins have the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide the best staining properties for this lectin. The conjugated compound basically does not contain uncoupled fluorescent dyes.
