Peanut Agglutinin (PNA), CY3
Storage:Store at 2-8℃
peanut agglutinin; peanut agglutinin; PNA is a lectin composed of four identical subunits extracted from peanut (Arachis hypogaea) seeds. It binds to glycoproteins containing β-D-Gal(1-3)-GalNAc in the plasma membrane and is often used to study adhesion differences in developmental systems. Cy3-labeled peanut lectins have appropriate amounts of fluorescent dyes to provide optimal staining properties for the lectins. The conjugated compound basically does not contain uncoupled fluorescent dyes
