Phaseolus Vulgaris Erythroagglutinin (PHA-E), Biotinylated
Storage:Store at 2-8℃
Phasebean lectins are the name of a family of lectins, each consisting of four subunits. There are two different types of subunits. One appears to be primarily involved in erythrocyte agglutination and is designated as the E subunit (erythrocyte agglutinin). Another type is involved in lymphocyte agglutination and mitotic activity and is known as the L subunit (leukocyte lectin). Biotinylated PHA-E has the right amount of biotin binding to provide optimal staining properties for this lectin. The conjugated compound contains essentially no unconjugated biotin and is preserved with sodium azide.
