RNA Marker RL1000 is a mixture of 7 single stranded RNA transcription samples purified by chromatography with molecular weights of 1000, 800, 600, 400, 300, 200, 100, respectively. These transcription samples were generated from a specific template containing pTZ19R multisite adapter fragments and Lambda phage fragments, and therefore did not contain NTP and RNA degradation products, making the banding clearer and enabling more accurate quantification

Usage method
1. Thaw RNA markers on ice
2. Use pipette or vortex meter to mix slowly and evenly
3. Mix the RNA Marker and 2 × RNA Loading Dye evenly
4. Heat at 70 ℃ for 10 min and quickly place on ice to cool
5. Add samples for electrophoresis
Note: The optimum amount of Marker for a 1 mm wide lane is 0.25 uL
