Soybean Agglutinin (SBA), Fluorescein
Storage:Store at 2-8℃
SBA preferentially binds to oligosaccharide structures of n-acetylgalactosamine with terminal alpha or beta connections and, to a lesser extent, galactose residues. Binding can be blocked by substitution of penultimate sugars, such as fucose attached to penultimate galactose in type B blood substances. Fluorescein-labeled soy lectins have appropriate amounts of fluorescent dyes that combine the best staining properties of the lectins. The conjugated compound basically does not contain uncoupled fluorescent dyes. The maximum excitation wavelength is 495 nm and the maximum emission wavelength is 515 nm.
