Ricinus Communis Agglutinin I (RCA I, RCA120), Fluorescein
Storage:Store at 2-8℃
The lectin consists of two 60 kDa subunits that, in the presence of a reducing agent, break down into two closely related 27kDa and 33kDa structural chains. Luciferin labeled castor lectin I has the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide the best staining properties for this lectin. The conjugated compound basically does not contain uncoupled fluorescent dyes. The maximum excitation wavelength is 495 nm and the maximum emission wavelength is 515 nm
