Dolichos Biflorus Agglutinin (DBA), Fluorescein
Storage:Store at 2-8℃
This lectin is carbohydrate-specific for α-linked n-acetylgalactosamine. It has been used to determine the secretion source status and blood type of individuals with type A blood by hemagglutination inhibition techniques. This lectin is also used as a general marker of renal collecting duct development. Fluorescein-labeled Dolichos double flower lectin has the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide the best staining properties for this lectin. The conjugated compound basically does not contain uncoupled fluorescent dyes. The maximum excitation wavelength is 495 nm and the maximum emission wavelength is 515 nm
