Product Introduction
Bovine pancreatic deoxyribonuclease I is regenerated in the yeast Pichia pastoris to reduce levels of contaminated RNase and eliminate potential pathogens associated with animal-based materials. Bovine pancreas is A rich source of RNase A, commonly found in many commercial DNase preparations. The recombinant production of DNase I in organisms with much lower endogenous RNase levels greatly facilitates the purification of enzymes that are undetectable at RNase levels. The production and separation process of recombinant DNase I is completely free of animal components, thus eliminating the possibility of introducing animal-derived pathogens into bioprocess procedures.
International System Classification Number :EC: 3.1.21.1
Unit definition
At a pH of 5.0, when 1 unit is used for highly polymerized DNA at 25℃, the absorbance at 260nm increases by 0.001/min/ml
Application
Genomic DNA is removed from the RNA preparation prior to RT-PCR
Degradation of DNA templates after a transcriptional reaction, removing unwanted DNA from the sample prior to Northern imprinting
DNA removal in biopharmaceutical and bioprocess processes
Precautions
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
