Product Introduction
Carboxypeptidase Y is an acid and serine glycoprotein-like exopeptidase. Carboxypeptidase Y has a wide range of amino acid specificities, including proline and modified amino acid residues.

C-terminal sequencing; C-terminal modification/labeling of polypeptides and proteins

It is grown in a completely animal-free medium and is designed for bioprocessing applications where the introduction of pathogens of animal origin must be prevented.
