Application
Eliminate unannealed polynucleotide tails and hairpin rings in DNA-RNA or DNA-DNA double strands
Precautions
Zinc ion and calcium ion can activate it.
When diluted with water to ≥6000U/mL, it can be frozen for 6 months;
The diluted solution can be stabilized by adding 0.1% albumin and 10% glycerin.
