Application
Phospholipase A2 from bovine pancreas has been used to determine the activity of proximal convoluted renal tubules (PTS) during oxygenation and hypoxia-reoxygenation, and to study the effect of phospholipase A2 on the triglyceride level of renal tubule cells.
Precautions
It is grown in a completely animal-free medium and is designed for bioprocessing applications where the introduction of pathogens of animal origin must be prevented.
