Fitc-labeled dextran is a fluorescent probe for fluorescent staining of cells and tissues, based on the chemical properties of FITC molecules and the biological properties of dextran molecules. FITC is a fluorescent molecule that can covalently bind to dextran molecules. Glucan is a polysaccharide that exists in cell walls and exosomes and has important biological functions. By combining FITC with dextran, dextran can be visualized under fluorescence microscopy.
