Product Description:
0.1M maleic acid buffer (pH7.5) is composed of 0.1M maleic acid and 0.15M sodium chloride, pH value is 7.5, after sterile treatment, suitable for nucleic acid hybridization experiment.
Usage:
1: Used for dilution of sealing liquid. Dilute the 10× closed solution to a working concentration of 1× with 0.1M maleic acid buffer (pH7.5) in a ratio of 1:10.
2: Different hybridization systems, please refer to the hybridization steps to use.
