Product Description:
The 0.1M maleic acid buffer (pH7.5) is mainly composed of 0.1M maleic acid and 0.15M sodium chloride and 0.1% Tween-20, with a pH of 7.5 and has been treated aseptically. It is suitable for nucleic acid hybridization experiment.
Usage:
1. Elution buffer for nucleic acid hybridization experiments.
2, different hybrid systems, please refer to the hybridization steps to use.
