Product Introduction:

The positive assay kit uses nano-magnetic beads to label and enrich the target cells, and then uses a release agent to dissociate the magnetic beads from the cell surface, so as to obtain the target cells without magnetic beads.

Mouse CD4+ cell sorting kit (positive method) is suitable for sorting CD4+ cells from mouse spleen cells or other tissue single-cell suspension. The mechanism is to label CD4+ cells using CD4CaptureAntibody, then capture the target cells through Releasable, and then use ReleaseBuffer to dissociate magnetic beads from the cell surface to obtain mouse CD4+ cells without magnetic beads. The sorted CD4+ cells can be used in molecular biology and cell biology experiments downstream. (Trial pack available)
