Product Introduction:

The positive assay kit uses nano-magnetic beads to label and enrich the target cells, and then uses a release agent to dissociate the magnetic beads from the cell surface, so as to obtain the target cells without magnetic beads.

Mouse CD8+ cell sorting kit (positive selection method) is suitable for sorting CD8+ cells from mouse spleen cells or other tissue single-cell suspension. The principle is to label CD8+ cells using CD8CaptureAntibody, then capture the target cells through Releasable, and then use ReleaseBuffer to dissociate magnetic beads from the cell surface to obtain mouse CD8+ cells without magnetic beads. The sorted CD8+ cells can be applied to the downstream molecular biology and cell biology experiments. (Trial pack available)
