Product Introduction
Serum substitute can successfully replace fetal bovine serum in cell medium, and support the growth, expansion and culture of MSC derived from bone marrow, umbilical cord, fat and other tissues in vitro. It is suitable for experimental research and large-scale MSC cultivation. This clearly formulated serum-free formulation can directly replace FBS in existing experimental protocols. Serum substitutes can eliminate many of the shortcomings faced by stem cell culture using FBS, significantly less differentiation of cells, and the germline transmission ability is not affected, so they are widely used in stem cell culture
Instructions for Use
When used, it was added to the base medium according to the proportion of 5% (5% of the serum substitute is equivalent to 10% of the fetal bovine serum in the base medium), the whole process was aseptic, and the mixing was stored at 4℃
Features
Good repeatability and stability between batches; Low protein content; Easy to use and store; Contains no suborganelles and no components of animal origin.
