Product Introduction
The MCDB 131 medium was developed by Knedler and Ham and was originally developed as a reduced serum culture for human microvascular endothelial cells (HMVEC). It was later used to culture other cell types, such as hepatocytes, muscle cells, and smooth muscle cells.
