Product Introduction
alpha-MEM medium is a nutrient supplemented essential medium containing all 20 natural amino acids and glutamine, and contains 10 vitamins. MEM is the most common cell medium, developed from Eagle Basic Medium (BME). It contains a high concentration of amino acids. With the addition of serum, MEM can be used to culture a variety of monolayer grown cells, such as fibroblasts.
