Product Introduction
MEM (Minimum Essential Medium) is a commonly used cell medium. MEM can be used on a variety of suspended and attached mammalian cells, including HeLa, BHK-21, 293, HEP-2, HT-1080, MCF-7, fibroblasts, and primary rat astrocytes, developed from Eagle Base Medium (BME). Since then, several improvements have been made to the MEM. This product is Temin' A modified form of s, 2x MEM, with four times the amount of vitamins and amino acids as the original MEM
