Product Introduction
NeuroGro Neuronal Cell Base culture-A is used for the culture of new and adult brain neuron cells with the addition of B-27 or N-2 additives. It can be applied to the cultivation of neurons in the hippocampus, the cerebral cortex and nerve cells in other regions of the brain. The medium can maintain the survival of the homologous community of nerve cells in short or long term without adding the feeding layer of glial cells.
Application
For the culture of newborn and adult brain neuron cells, hippocampal neurons, nerve cells of the cerebral cortex and other regions of the brain, hippocampal neurons, nerve cells of the cerebral cortex and other regions of the brain
Precautions
NeuroGro Neuron Cell Base culture-A does not contain L-glutamine, L-glutamate, and L-aspartate and must be combined with serum-free additives (such as B-27 or N-2 additives), or serum and 0.5 mM L-glutamine. Or serum and 0.5 mM L-propylamine-glutamine solution. 25 µM L-glutamic acid should be added to the initial plate inoculation.
This product uses Water-For-Injection configuration.
This product is intended for use in scientific research and production for in vitro culture of tissues and cells.
Clinical use is prohibited.
