Product Introduction
NeuroGro Neuronal Cell base medium is used for the culture of prenatal/embryonic neuronal cells with the addition of B-27 or N-2 additives. It can be applied to the cultivation of neurons in the hippocampus, the cerebral cortex and nerve cells in other regions of the brain. The medium can maintain the survival of homologous communities of nerve cells in the short or long term without the addition of a feeding layer of glial cells.

Precautions
NeuroGro neuron cell base medium is free of L-glutamine, L-glutamic acid, and L-aspartate and must be combined with serum-free additives (such as B-27 or N-2 additives), or serum and 0.5 mM L-glutamine. Or serum and 0.5 mM L-propylamine-glutamine solution. 25 µM L-glutamic acid should be added to the initial plate inoculation.
This product is intended for use in scientific research and production for in vitro culture of tissues and cells.
Clinical use is prohibited.
