Product introduction
For the isolation and culture of Haemophilus and Neisseria .
preparation method
Weigh 34g of this product, add 1000ml distilled water, boil and dissolve, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 85℃, add 10% sterile defiber sheep blood, shake well, heat in 85℃ water bath for 10 minutes, make it chocolate color, cool to about 55℃, pour into sterilized dish for later use.
