Stool Direct qPCR Assay Kit is a special reagent designed to directly perform target gene fluorescence quantitative (probe) DNA amplification detection without the step of nucleic acid extraction and purification of fecal samples. This product has a strong inhibitor tolerance and can be used for direct amplification of fecal samples without DNA extraction and purification, which simplifies the detection process of fecal samples while maintaining the quality and integrity of the samples. In addition, the reagent adopts the optimized qPCR special Buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system, which can effectively prevent the false positive amplification caused by PCR product residue and aerosol pollution.
