Quickstart Hot Start Enzyme Premix

Quickstart Hot Start Enzyme Premix is a special reagent for qualitative and quantitative reaction of Real Time PCR using probe method. The new hot-start enzyme Quickstart Taq plus, which contains Taq enzyme activity blocked at room temperature, can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification caused by primer non-specific annealing or primer polymers at low temperatures, improve the specificity of amplification reaction, and obtain more stable detection results for very low concentration templates. This reagent uses a special Buffer for qPCR with optimized formulation, which can obtain a good standard curve in a wide quantitative region and accurately quantify. This reagent is compatible with fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments from many manufacturers, such as AppliedBiosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche.
