Application: Used for dilution method for antibiotic susceptibility test
Media formulation (g/L):
Beef Extract 2.0g/L; Casamino Acid 17.5g/L; Soluble Starch 1.5g/L; pH7.3+0.1 (25℃);
Preparation Method:
Dissolve 21.0g to 1000 mL distilled water, heat to boiling, subpacking and 116℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes to use. Use for antibiotic sensitivity test.</p>
