Media formulation (g/L): Chrome Azure S (CAS) 60.5mg/L; HDTMA 72.9mg/L; FeCl3·6H2O 2.645mg; Agar 9000mg/L; 0.1mol/L Phosphate buffer 50ml; Buffer Reagent Composition; NaH2PO4·2H2O 295.25mg; Na2HPO4.12H2O 1213.5mg; Ammonium Chloride 125mg; Potassium Phosphate Monobasic 37.5 mg; Sodium Chloride 62.5 mg; pH6.8±0.2 (25℃);
Preparation Method: Dissolve10.87gto1000mLdistilledwater, heatand continue to boil for more than 1 minute, subpackingand115℃highpressuresterilizationfor20minutes and cool to 50-60℃touse.Useforantibioticsensitivitytest. Note: This product has insoluble substances.
