Product introduction
Cystathionine beta-lyase (CBL) is a group of lyases that catalyzes the beta cleavage of cystathionine to produce homocysteine after the removal of pyruvate and NH3.
Scope of application
The protein can be used in the development and production of cystaetherase assay kit for Hcy or other enzyme cleavage experiments. This enzyme is used in enzyme circulation methodology for the detection of homocysteine in the blood.
Unit definition
At 37℃, pH8.0, under fixed reaction conditions, the absorbance of NADH at 340nm decreased by 0.01 per minute as defined as an enzyme activity unit
pH Stability
7.0-9.0
