The Human-Tube-Centric Organoid Medium Set is a chemically defined cell culture medium for the establishment and maintenance of human-tube-based organoids derived from human tracheal stem cells. The self-renewing epithelial cells of the trachea are driven by the proliferation of basal cells. Humanescent organoids contain basal cells, ciliated cells, secretory cells, and a small number of neuroendocrine cells, so organoids show all the characteristics of the trachea. Epithelial cells have great applications in terms of structure, cell type composition, and self-renewal dynamics, and can be used for the study of tracheal homeostasis and diseases.
