Mouse Liver Ductal Organoid Medium, Expansion
Storage:Store at -20℃,2 years
Mouse Liver Ductal Organoid Medium, Expansion is a chemically defined cell culture medium for the establishment and culture of mouse hepatobiliary organoids derived from adult stem cells. The self-renewing epithelial cells of the hepatobiliary duct are driven by the expansion of stem cells located in the liver and their progenitor cells. The epithelium of hepatobiliary organoids is characterized by real organs in terms of structure, cell type composition, and self-renewal dynamics. Hepatobiliary organoids can induce hepato-like cells in differentiation media, providing a model for the study of liver-like development and disease in mice.
