Human Breast Organoid Medium is a chemically defined cell culture medium for the establishment and maintenance of normal human breast organoids. Breast organoids can proliferate and differentiate in vitro to form complete mammary ducts and mammary acinar structures, which provides a model for studying the developmental mechanism of normal mammary stem cells, progenitor cells and mammary structures.
