本产品是基于ELISA夹心法检测外泌体含量的试剂盒，利用高性能抗CD9捕获和抗CD81检测抗体。它可用于检测人体体液或细胞培养上清液，灵敏和定量地检测共表达外泌体表面标记CD9和CD81的靶标，实现样本中完整外泌体的快速精准定量。

应用广泛：适用于细胞培养上清、尿液、血清等多种类型样本；
操作简单：仅需1台450nm酶标仪，无需其它任何设备；
稳定性、重现性高：为了实现稳定性和再现性，试剂盒使用了CD9/CD81融合蛋白标准品，而非不稳定、难以储存的外泌体本身。
外泌体完整性检测：可用于外泌体完整性快速评估。
