The pH of Human serum albumin (HSA) is 6.0-8.0, which is the most abundant protein in human plasma, with non-glycosylation and high stability. It is a transport carrier of hormones, lipids and other substances, and its main physiological function is to regulate plasma pH and maintain plasma osmolality.
