The animal tissue direct PCR kit can perform PCR amplification on different animal tissues. This lysate can fully lyse tissues without affecting PCR amplification, allowing the lysate products to be directly used as PCR reaction templates. Some samples are relatively easy to lyse, such as the spleen and kidneys, which have fewer PCR inhibitors and complete release of nucleic acids after lysis. For some tissues that are not easily lysed, such as the heart, liver, lungs, tail, etc., this lysis solution can also have a good lysis effect. There are a large number of substances in animal tissues that inhibit PCR reactions. The DNA polymerase in this kit has strong amplification performance and can also achieve good amplification results for crude samples containing a small amount of PCR inhibitors.
